US Markets continued to consolidate the recent gains as news from Egypt troubles investors. Here are some of the after-hours most active:
1) A.O. Smith Corp. (NYSE:AOS): Shares are flat at $42.80 for the water heating and electrical motor manufacturer after reporting that the U.S. Department of Justice is requesting documents for the sale of electrical products to Regal Beloit (NYSE:RBC).
2) Terremark Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ:TMRK): Shares of the IT and data server provider are up $0.01 or 0.05% after reporting $94.3 million in revenue for their fiscal Q3. The report easily met and surpassed wall street analyst expectations.
3) Renasant Corp. (NASDAQ:RNST): Shares of the bank holding company are flat after-hours at $15.82 after reporting the acquisition of a bank from Roswell, Ga.: American Trust Bank. The acquisition of this bank was supported by the FDIC.
4) Travelzoo Inc. (NASDAQ:TZOO): Shares of the global internet media company are down $0.87 or 1.93% as investors continue to price in the earnings report given on Thursday. EPS for the quarter was at $0.23 while estimates were at $0.20 but the bar was set high for this growth company.
