US Markets closed in the green today while commodity prices cooled off just a bit. If you’re not partying for Fat Tuesday, you may want to do some research on these companies.
Here are today’s most active stocks trading after hours:

(NASDAQ:FNSR): Shares of the optical equipment company are down $14.67 or 36.64% after issuing disappointing fiscal Q4 guidance that bled onto other competitors such as JDS Uniphase Corp. 2) Diamond Foods Inc. (NASDAQ:DMND): Shares of the packaged food company are down $3.01 or 5.90% after reporting fiscal Q2 earnings that only met analyst estimates. The company’s sales grew 63% for the quarter on strong organic snack sales.
3) AeroVironment Inc. (NASDAQ:AVAV): Shares of the unmanned aircraft developer are up $3.64 or 12.72% after reporting fiscal Q3 earnings that grew 76%. The rise came on increased demand that fueled a jolt in product sales.
