Nintendo to Launch 3D Portable Gaming Device with No Need for Glasses

3D is turning out to be the next big thing. After Avatar (NWS) and Alice in Wonderland (DIS) smashed box office records, innovative video game company Nintendo (NTDOY) has announced a 3D portable gaming device that does not require 3D glasses: Nintendo 3DS.

The new device is the next generation of the incredibly popular Nintendo DS and DSi hand-helds (the ones kids are glued to as they accompany parents on boring outings). The remaining details are being saved for the annual video gaming industry E3 Expo in Los Angeles this June.
