Cheers! Shares of The Boston Beer Company (NYSE:SAM) are foaming ~13% higher on great news about the company’s outlook.

The maker of Sam Adams beer said profits for 2010 would be between $3.30 and $3.60 a share. That’s a big hop above the company’s Nov. 4 forecast for earnings between $2.85 and $3.15 a share.
