Investors and traders rejoiced as the U.S. markets continued the global euphoria today. Here are the stocks moving after hours:
1) EXFO Inc. (NASDAQ:EXFO): Shares are up $0.38, or 5.29%, to $7.57 after posting a positive fiscal Q1 earnings. Earnings increased year-over-year and guidance was beat on a surge in sales.
2) Blackboard Inc. (NASDAQ:BBBB): Shares are trading down $0.08, or -0.20%, on subpar company outlook for the current quarter. A $53 million takeover deal of an administrative and student services provider did not workout.
3) Mercury Computer Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:MRCY): Shares are down 0.11% after-hours to $18.07 per share but were up almost 5% after announcing the completion of their acquisition of LNX Corp. MRCY also surpassed their prior outlook for Q2 adjusted ebitda.
