Zynga & Other Internet Poker Stocks To Watch: Consumer Business Wrap:

Brian Sandoval, the Governor of Nevada, has contacted leaders in the United States House of Representatives, boosting attempts to get Internet poker legalized under a federal framework. Nevada is one of a few states that have addressed the online game, but Sandoval says that the industry contains a “borderless element” that state laws alone can’t fix due to the nature of the Web. Stocks on watch for eventual benefits include (but are not limited to) Zynga (NASDAQ:ZNGA), Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE:BYD), PokerTek (NASDAQ:PTEK), MGM Resorts International (NYSE:MGM), and Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ:WYNN).
