Yum Brands MOVES FORWARD With China Expansion and 2 Morning Hot Stocks Making Waves

Not satisfied with the damages of $305 million  that SAP (NYSE:SAP) agreed to pay in connection with its unit TomorrowNow’s alleged wrongful downloading of millions of Oracle files,  Oracle (NASDAQ:ORCL) has appealed the matter. Oracle had been awarded $1.3 billion in damages by a jury, but the verdict was set aside by a judge.

Yum Brands (NYSE:YUM) continues to develop its foray into China despite moves by rivals Pizza Hut and KFC to become more upscale, and market analysts project that the company’s revenues could be double that of the U.S.A within five years.
