A close session of the World Economic Forum featured chief executive officers from major financial services. Barclays (NYSE:BCS), Citigroup (NYSE:C), Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS), JP Morgan Chase & Company (NYSE:JPM) and several others participated.

Most attendees cited the 3-year loans from the European Central Bank as progress. While some remain cautious, the Greek crisis should have an ‘orderly default.’

One of the large euro zone CEOs said, ”The Americans are the most negative. They do not really understand how the euro zone works…” JP Morgan’s CEO Jamie Dimon, reflected that saying, ”How many people have you got in the room? That is how many views you have…” Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will a solution that please everyone. The financiers are schedule to meet again Saturday.
