Walgreens SETTLES Dispute and 3 Stock Analyses Making Headlines

Amarin Corporation plc (NASDAQ:AMRN):  Jefferies believes that the circulation of a post-approval website for Amarin’s Vascepa, or AMR101, may have been done accidentally. The firm viewed the website label as positive, however, being a draft, dated September 2011, it is likely to change.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX): Pacific Crest mentioned Netflix in a  positive manner.

New Oriental Education & Technology Group (NYSE:EDU):  According to Wells Fargo, their conversations with competitors, suggests that New Oriental Education is being honest in their rebuttal to allegations brought about by Muddy Waters. Due to employee movement and intense competition between companies, not a single competitor was aware of any historical franchising, as this practice would be difficult to hide. Wells Fargo reiterates an Outperform rating on shares of New Oriental Education.

Walgreen Co. (NYSE:WAG):  Given the importance of a contract to both sides, Barrington was not surprised that Walgreen Co. (NYSE:WAG) and Express Scripts (NASDAQ:ESRX) were able to settle their dispute. Though terms were not disclosed, the firm believes that Walgreen held their ground so that a favorable deal would be made. Barrington believes that Walgreen is positioned well for any economic environment and reiterates an Outperform rating their shares.
