The retail giant’s United States Chief Executive Bill Simon has told other executives that the company is becoming worse at keeping its shelves fully stocked, according to minutes of an officers’ meeting obtained by Bloomberg News. Currently, Wal-Mart must find ways to lure shoppers who are themselves dealing with higher taxes.
