Google is building a same-day Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN) Prime competitor named “Google Shopping Express,” according to TechCrunch. The service will be $10 to $15 less expensive than Amazon Prime, and will offer same-day delivery from brick-and-mortar stores like Wal-Mart Stores (NYSE:WMT), Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT), Walgreens (NYSE:WAG) and Safeway (NYSE:SWY). The service will also rival that of eBay’s (NASDAQ:EBAY) Now. Shares closed up 1.67 percent on Tuesday at $24.30, up $0.4 or 1.67% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $14.73 to $24.43.
