General Electric‘s GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services division said that it is administrative agent on a $400 million asset-based revolving credit facility and also syndication agent on a $325 million cash flow term loan credit facility for Genesis HealthCare. This financing was used in support of Genesis’ purchase of Sun Healthcare Group. Additionally, GE Capital Markets was joint lead arranger and sole bookrunner for the revolving loan and joint lead arranger and also joint bookrunner on the term loan.
