AT&T, Inc. (NYSE:T) intends to sell benchmarks bonds in a three-part offering, and it plans to issue three-, five- and 10-year debt, stated an individual familiar with the offering, who requested not to be identified since terms aren’t set.
Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE:S) along with Geotab Inc. used today to announce that Geotab plug-and-play fleet management solutions has become part of Sprint’s connected transportation portfolio. Geotab is a leading provider of technology and software that has been designed to increase fleet productivity, cost effectiveness, and safety. It is now being tested for compatibility on the Sprint network, and the device is easy-to-install and transportable for cars and light to medium-duty trucks and vans. Geotab GO6 plugs into the vehicle’s OBDII (On-Board Diagnostic) port, and it relays the information back to a web-based interface for fleet managers allowing managers to track and monitor vehicle locations, identify driving behaviors, optimize driver dispatch and routing, and improve the overall health of their fleets with maintenance reminders and alerts.

Verizon Communications Inc.
