Time Warner Cable Inc. does not see the need to deliver very high speed Internet services, like those provided by Google’s (NASDAQ:GOOG) Google Fiber, to their residential customers, Time Warner Cable Chief Financial Officer Irene Esteves said. Most of the cable company’s residential customers do not choose the top Internet tiers, Esteves explained.
