1) Golden Ocean Group Limited has canceled the dividend for Q3 of 2011.

2) U Sea Bulk Shipping AS confirmed its 2011 guidance for EBITDA of $1 – $5 million.

3) AP Moeller Maersk AS will build a refrigerator container factory in Chile. The factory will be able to produce 30,000 refrigerator machines and 40,000 refrigerator containers annually. The investment in this factory is $170 million.

4) Norwegian Car Carriers ASA has agreed to charter out two of its car carriers, NOCC Kattegat and NOCC Caribbean, beginning January 2012. The new charter has a pay rate 4% higher than the current one.
