The Toronto-Dominion Bank (NYSE:TD) has been upgraded by BMO capital because of valuation. According to the firm, Canadian bank shares will probably stay volatile, but it reiterates its Outperform ratings on Toronto-Dominion (NYSE:TD) and Bank of Novia Scotia (NYSE:BNS).

Mettler-Toledo International, Inc.’s (NYSE:MTD) price target was lowered by UBS as a result of macro concerns and multiple pressure. UBS gives the shares a Neutral rating.

Micron Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:MU):  According to UBS, Micron’s Q3 results were lower than expected as a result of NAND margin pressure, offsetting DRAM progress. The firm gives shares a Buy rating with a $12 price target.

Tesla Motors, Inc.’s (NASDAQ:TSLA) early Model S models will probably suffer from production glitches, according to Capstone. After speaking with a dealer, the firm has learned that Tesla’s warranty does not cover the natural degradation of the vehicle’s battery. The firm predicts a rise in stock during the near-term but warns that investors should either short the stock or sell long positions  ”after the (initial) euphoria subsides.” The firm reiterates a Sell rating on the shares.
