Nokia Corporation (NYSE:NOK) will have its mapping and location services joined with Oracle Corporation’s (NASDAQ:ORCL) business applications and data. Other such arrangements might be on the horizon as corporate applications transition towards more consumer-oriented ones and move to mobile devices. In the second quarter, Nokia’s Location & Commerce division posted a 4 percent year-over-year revenue growth while the phone unit suffered a 26 percent drop.
