In addition to this solid internal growth, we expanded our footprint by 8.1% during the year with the delivery of two new developments in the United States and the acquisition of two existing properties in Canada,” commented Steven B. Tanger, President and Chief Executive Officer. “With the most robust external growth pipeline in our history, we enter 2013 with optimism. In our twentieth year as a public company, outlet shopping is fashionable and the Tanger Outlets brand continues to garner the respect of shoppers and retailers,” he added.
