T2 Partners Details Q3 Positions: Consumer Biz Wrap

T2 Partners chief Whitney Tilson has detailed his company’s latest positions in a number of top stocks, as documented in his quarterly 13F report to the Securities and Exchange Commission. A large increase was in Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), with 13,600 call options and 6,147 shares, up notably from the second quarter share count of 545. Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) also saw an increase, with 102,300 call and 66,123 shares. In October, Tilson said that the company is a better business than is Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN). Also in the third quarter, T2 closed its positions in Medtronic (NYSE:MDT) and News Corporation (NASDAQ:NWS).
