Teradata Corp. (NYSE:TDC): Teradata’s board of directors has approved a new authorization to repurchase a total of $300M of the company’s shares under its general open market share repurchase program. The program has been extended for an additional three-year period now expiring in February 2015. As of January 31, the company had purchased a total of 18.2 million shares of its common stock investing approximately $475M of the $550M that was previously authorized under this program. The shares closed at $63.94, up $5.9 or 10.17% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $43.19 to $62.71.

Taleo Corp. (NASDAQ:TLEO): Citigroup downgraded Taleo citing the acquisition by Oracle as it does not expect other bidders to emerge. The shares closed at $45.64, up $6.7 or 17.21% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $21.44 to $42.79.

Visa Inc. (NYSE:V): Credit Suisse raised Visa estimates citing its expanding international business and accelerating growth in 2013. Shares are Outperform rated. The shares closed at $112.42, up $4.07 or 3.76% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $70.45 to $108.64.

Whole Foods Market (NASDAQ:WFM): Seeing “nice growth” in $25-$50 sized baskets and “strong growth” in $50+ sized baskets. Comments taken from the company’s Q1 earnings conference call. The shares closed at $82.02, up $4.09 or 5.25% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $53.32 to $78.31.
