Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL): Apple will launch its iPad 3 during the first week in March, according to All Things D, which cited unnamed sources. The shares closed at $493.17, up $16.49 or 3.46% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $310.50 to $476.79.

Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO): FBN Securities raised its price target for Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) shares citing the company’s strong quarter and retains an Outperform rating on the stock. The firm believes Cisco is outperforming Juniper (NYSE:JNPR) with service providers. The shares closed at $20.00, down $0.43 or 2.1% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $13.30 to $20.45.

Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC): Intel and the New York Attorney General have agreed to terminate the lawsuit alleging violation of U.S. and state antitrust laws that was filed by the New York Attorney General in November 2009. The agreement, which follows a December 2011 court ruling that greatly reduced the scope of the New York Attorney General’s lawsuit, expressly states that Intel does not admit either any violation of law or that the allegations in the complaint are true, and it calls for no changes to the way Intel does business. The agreement includes a payment of $6.5M from Intel that is intended only to cover some of the costs incurred by the New York Attorney General in the litigation. The shares closed at $26.86, up $0.01 or 0.04% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $19.16 to $27.00.

Lorillard Inc (NYSE:LO): Lorillard approved a 19% increase in the quarterly dividend on its common stock from $1.30 per share to $1.55 per share. The dividend is payable on March 9 to stockholders of record as of March 1. This marks the second increase in the company’s dividend rate in the past year. The shares closed at $124.37, up $11.01 or 9.71% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $76.01 to $120.00.

Las Vegas Sands (NYSE:LVS): Las Vegas Sands CEO Sheldon Adelson says the company is willing to invest up to $6B in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Macau Business reports. The shares closed at $52.55, up $0.48 or 0.92% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $36.05 to $52.35.
