Sprint Set to Offer PAYG and 4 Telecom Titans Attracting Interest

Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE:S): Current Price $5.93

Sprint is set to introduce a pay-as-you-go service on January 25 to compete with mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) such as Boost Mobile and Virgin, however, the company will not allow regular Sprint phones to cross over to the service. Instead, there are a set of phones that are available for monthly plans that are slightly more expensive than what competitors offer.
