Sprint Focuses on Closing With Softbank and 3 Morning Hot Stocks Trading Today

A report in Bloomberg says Sprint (NYSE:S) is in no hurry to take over Clearwire (NASDAQ:CLWR)  and is instead focusing on closing its $ 20 billion deal with Softbank, and which could take from six to eight months.  shares of Clearwater want our trading premarket at $2.27 and down almost 16%.

Diebold (NYSE:DBD) reports an EPS of $ 0.39 and revenues of about $ 710 million for its third quarter, which are short of expectations by $ 0.11 and $ 25 million respectively. The company also lowers its full-year outlook for EPS to $ 2.25-$ 2.30 and a growth in revenues of 6%.
