This week, AT&T announced that all iPhone users that have tiered or shared data plans will now have the ability to make cellular FaceTime calls. Which is a positive for the customers, but AT&T’s critics claim that it should stop withholding the feature from the last group that is still excluded, those with grandfathered unlimited data plans.
