Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:AKAM):  The Hill reported that Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has scheduled an important procedural vote tomorrow, concerning a Cyber-security Bill. This legislation will give incentives to critical infrastructure operators for them to meet certain standards proposed by a government led body. Shares of Akamai Technologies, Inc. are trading at 21.06% higher today.

RadioShack Corporation (NYSE:RSH):  This past Wednesday, things got even worse for RadioShack Corporation. They posted an unexpected loss and jettisoned their dividend. Shares sank to an all-time low of $2.46 and are trading at 8.46% lower today.
