They have traded in a 52-week range of $14.45 to $34.30.

Jarden Corporation (NYSE:JAH): Sees 2011 revenue $6.68B vs. consensus $6.67B. Sees 2011 segment earnings $785M-$790M. Sees cash on hand over $800M at year-end. The shares closed at $33.79, up $3.08, or 10.03%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $25.60 to $37.50.

Semtech Corporation (NASDAQ:SMTC): After Semtech agreed to acquire Gennum Corp. for about $494M, Oppenheimer says that “at first glance,” the deal appears to be synergistic, strategic, and significantly accretive. The firm maintains an Outperform rating on Semtech. The shares closed at $29.14, up $2.25, or 8.37%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $19.16 to $29.47.

Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT): Reports Q4 revenue $521M vs. consensus $516.88M. The shares closed at $85.04, up $6.28, or 7.97%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $70.88 to $100.00.
