NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTAP): According to Piper Jaffray, NetApp’s execution is still improving after the company’s Q1 results, and the firm believes it is positioned for a possible beat and raise quarter in Q2. The firm keeps an Overweight rating but increased its price target to $41 from $40 on the stock.

Sina Corp. (NASDAQ:SINA): Piper Jaffray claims that Weibo monetization started in SINA’s Q2 and generated 10 percent of all ad revenue for the quarter, this is above its estimate of 6 percent. The firm keeps its Overweight rating and a $90 price target on the stock after the company’s Q2 results.
Peregrine Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:PPHM) management stated that its survival update from the 2nd line NSCLC study of bavi, that is due on September 7, should be “positive,” which is in-line with the firm’s positive outlook for bavi, according to Roth Capital. The analyst claimed that Peregrine is active in partnership discussions, and it believes that bavi is on the road to possible registration. Shares have a Buy rating and are on Roth’s Focus List.
PetSmart, Inc. (NASDAQ:PETM) estimates were increased by Credit Suisse after reporting strong results and raised guidance. The firm thinks that PetSmart’s momentum could continue, and it is still a top investment idea. Shares have an Outperform rating.
Salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM): According to Bernstein, Salesforce.com could report Q3 revenues totaling $724 million, which is below consensus of $728 million, and an EPS of 38c, compared to a consensus 39c, when it reports on August 23. The firm predicts that its Q3 outlook will be slightly lower than the Street, and there will be continued slowing of deferred revenue growth. Shares have an Underperform rating and a $92 price target.
