Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:JAZZ): Leerink believes that the claim construction court decision in Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ patent litigation case with Roxane Laboratories is a positive for Jazz. Leerink thinks that the company’s intellectual property position has become stronger, and the firm keeps its Outperform rating on the stock.

MasTec, Inc.’s (NYSE:MTZ) near-term earnings power is expected by FBR Capital to end in better free cash flow and continued revenue growth and margin expansion. Shares have an Outperform rating.

PACCAR Inc.’s (NASDAQ:PCAR) truck production for Q3 is expected to see a much steeper drop than expected, and this causes BMO Capital to think that order rates may remain lower than 2011 levels for the rest of 2012. EPS estimates have been reduced by the firm, but the firm keeps it above consensus levels since it doesn’t think that the company is facing longer term weakness. The firm keeps its Outperform rating.

Heckmann Corporation (NYSE:HEK) estimates have been increased by Credit Suisse because of the Power Fuels acquisition, citing revenue synergies and reduced capex needs. Shares have an Outperform rating.
