Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE:ORI): Closing price $12.01

Old Republic’s board has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock at 18 cents per share, payable March 21 to shareholders of record as of March 11. Upon board approval of each quarter’s new rate, the full year’s cash dividend will be 72 cents per share, compared to 71 cents in 2012. This latest dividend increase represents the 32nd straight year that the firm has increased its cash dividend rate, and 2013 becomes the 72nd year of uninterrupted cash dividend payments. Shares closed up 0.59 percent on Thursday at $12.01, and have been  traded in a 52-week range of $7.76 to $12.02.
