Ariad Pharmaceutical (NASDAQ:ARIA) announced the updated clinical data from its PACE trial of  its investigational pan-BCR-ABL inhibitor, ponatinib, in patients suffering from myeloid leukemia, CML, or Philadelphia-positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, or Ph+ ALL, who show intolerance to dasatinib or nilotinib, or who may have a T315I mutation. Bluegreen Corp. (NYSE:BXG) has proposed to the Bluegreen Corporation an offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Bluegreen’s common stock for $6.25 per share, totaling around $197M. The shares closed at $5.74, up $0.43 or 8.1% on the day. They have traded in a 52-week range of $1.87 to $6.43.
