Netflix Said to Have Unfair Advantage and 4 Media Titans Making Waves

A federal court has decided that Netflix has obtained an unfair advantage in the way the United States Postal Services processes its DVDs, according to Reuters. Further, the federal appeals court has told postal service officials to either remedy or explain how the discrimination came about. Prior to this, Gamefly (GFLY) contended that it was entitled to postal service similar to what Netflix has received.
