The company sees its FY13 revenue growth at 6 to 8 percent with a consensus $718.28 million and adjusted operating income growth is at 10 to 12 percent. The company expects Dunkin’ Donuts U.S. to add between 330 and 360 net new restaurants for 4.5 to 5 percent net unit growth and it predicts that Baskin-Robbins U.S. will have between 0 and 30 net closures. Internationally, Dunkin’ plans to open 400 to 500 net new units across the two brands and globally, it expects to open between 700 and 860 net new units.

Rockstar Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, has made an announcement that Grand Theft Auto V is expected to launch globally for both the Xbox 360 video game and PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system on September 17. This September release date pushes the launch back from its from spring 2013, when it was originally expected, to allow more development time.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT): Current Price: $27.58

Vringo announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, I/P Engine, Inc., filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Microsoft  in the Southern District of New York. The lawsuit alleges infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,314,420 and 6,775,664, entitled “Collaborative/Adaptive Search Engine” and “Information Filter System and Method for Integrated Content-Based and Collaborative/Adaptive Feedback Queries,” respectively. The complaint claims that I/P Engine is seeking a judgment declaring that Microsoft has previously and continues to infringe upon the patents-in-suit and an award past and future compensatory damages totaling no less than reasonable royalties, prejudgment interest and any other damages based on any form of recoverable economic injury.
