(NASDAQ:DNDN): Credit Suisse warned investors that Dendreon sales in not likely near-term and adds that it does not seem as if major players are showing interest in an acquisition of the company. The firm also states that Dendreon has been reorganizing its business development team and thinks Dendreon’s head, David Ghesquiere, left the company more than a week ago. The shares have a Neutral rating and a $12 price target.
Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT): Following Microsoft’s agreement to purchase enterprise social networking and collaboration company Yammer, Oppenheimer believes this move will enhance cloud products and expand market reach. The firm reiterates its Outperform rating and $36 price target on the stock.

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE:GS): Although JMP Securities already reduced its Q2 earnings estimates for Goldman Sachs in May, it cut its predictions again to $1.50, with the Street consensus view at $1.84. The firm keeps its Underperform rating and $77 price target on the stock.
SYNNEX Corp. (NYSE:SNX) price target was lowered by Brean Murray due to Q2 results with lower than expected guidance. According to the firm, guidance was in-line with seasonal organic revenue norms, and it thinks the company will keep generating growth ahead of market expectations. Shares keep a Buy rating.
Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ:FOSL) is selling at its lowest valuation in history and could eventually go back to its historical norm, Cowen says. The firm sees potential in Asia which might offset a European slowdown as well as double digit revenue opportunities throughout the next few years. Shares are given an Outperform rating.
