The sale includes ABC (NYSE:DIS) affiliates in Denver, Colorado (KMGH-TV); San Diego, California (KGTV); Bakersfield, California (KERO-TV) and Indianapolis, Indiana (WRTV) and Azteca America affiliates in Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, San Diego and Bakersfield.
