The firm’s channel checks indicate pre-orders of Mass Effect 3 are strong and could drive some upside to Q4 estimates. Lazard Capital keeps a Buy rating on Electronic Arts.

Comcast Corporation(NASDAQ:CMCSA): Goldman expects Comcast to accelerate repurchases in 2012 and for its best-in-class metrics to continue in Q4.

Volterra Semiconductor Corporation(NASDAQ:VLTR): After conducting checks, ThinkEquity increased its target on Volterra, as the firm expects the company to encounter limited effects from HDD shortages. The firm is now more optimistic about the company’s growth outlook in 2012 and maintains a Buy rating.

CBL & Associates Properties Inc.(NYSE:CBL): Wells Fargo downgraded the Regional Malls sector to Market Weight from Overweight but keeps an Outperform rating on Simon Property (NYSE:SPG).
