MARINE is a core ‘889 application and two continuation applications (‘408, ‘145). The firm sees the actions progressing to near-term patent issuances, possibly providing AMR101 protection through 2030. The firm maintains a Buy rating and raises the price target to $26 from $24 on the stock.
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ:CTSH): Following a meeting with outsourcing IT players, BMO Capital predicts that Cognizant’s financial services business will increase by 15% during 2012. The firm does not see the company being hurt by the European slowdown. The firm keeps an Outperform rating and a $65 price target on the stock.
