Lionsgate has chosen Andrew Kramer as chief operations officer, International Distribution. He will join Lionsgate in April following the expiry of his current contract at The Weinstein Company. Shares closed up 0.27 percent on Tuesday at $22.08, and have been traded in a 52-week range of $11.26 to $22.27.
