Estee Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE:EL):  Wells Fargo is pleased that Estee Lauder has named Tracey Travis as their new Chief Financial Officer. The firm believes that their stock will expand modestly. They maintain an Outperform rating on their shares.

Baker Hughes Incorporated (NYSE:BHI):  After the company reported stronger than expected second quarter results, RBC Capital has increased their target on Baker Hughes. The firm believes that  their NAM product lines are performing well and their frac initiatives are beginning to bear fruit. They maintain an Outperform rating.
