AAR Corp. Common Stock (NYSE:AIR) closed Friday at $10.34, which represents a drop of 10.63 percent, having traded in a 52-week range of $11.07 to $31.66. The aircraft leasing and maintenance firm issued downwards guidance, forecasting fiscal fourth quarter earnings per share of 44 to 46 cents compared to consensus of 49 cents, with revenues of between $560 million and $565 million, which beats a consensus of $549 million. For fiscal year 2013, AAR expects earnings per share of $1.55 to $1.65, well below a $2.15 consensus, and revenues between $2.1 billion and $2.2 billion.

SandRidge Mississippian Trust I’s (NYSE:SDT) notable slide on Friday (down 6.86 percent) was ignited by a 996,000 share block trade priced at $26.50 per share. SDT has traded in a 52-week range of $18.76 to $36.97.

Jaguar Mining Inc Ordinary Shares (NYSE:JAG) closed down 5.22 percent at $1.27, having been traded in a 52-week range of $1.16 to $8.18.

BBVA Banco Frances S.A. Common (NYSE:BFR) shares fell by 4.63 percent to close at $3.09, after a 52-week range of between $3.06 and $10.61.

GenOn Energy, Inc. Common Stock (NYSE:GEN) shares closed at $1.28, which represents a drop of 3.76 percent. The shares had traded in a 52-week range of $1.31 to $4.14.
