InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC): InterDigital (NASDAQ:IDCC) yesterday confirmed that it has canceled its planned sale of patents, according to the New York Times, which cited a statement by the company’s chairman.  The shares closed at $35.89, down $8.56, or 19.26%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $34.61 to $82.50.

TCF Financial Corporation (NYSE:TCB): Provision for credit losses was $59.2M, down from $77.6M in 4Q10 and up from $52.3M recorded in Q3. Net loan and lease charge-offs were $57.9M, or 1.63%, annualized, of average loans and leases, down from $64.9M, or 1.75%, annualized, in 4Q10 and up from $53.4M, or 1.48%, annualized, in Q3. The shares closed at $10.57, down $1.05, or 9.04%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $8.61 to $17.37.

Nokia Corporation (NYSE:NOK): Nokia (NYSE:NOK) has been fined $55,000 for sending unsolicited text messages to customers and accepted an enforceable undertaking from the Australian Communications and Media Authority to fix the problems linked with the marketing of its short-message-service, the Daily Telegraph reports.  The shares closed at $5.27, down $0.46, or 8.03%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $4.46 to $11.75.
