Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) is powering a new smartphone made by Google’s (NASDAQ:GOOG) Motorola Mobility, which was unveiled Tuesday, says Reuters. The product, called the Razr i, features a 4.3 inch display and is aimed at Europe and Latin America.

Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ): Medtronic Inc. (NYSE:MDT) wants partners in the pharmaceutical industry to link the firm’s pump tech with Alzheimer’s medicines which could be more effective if pushed directly into the brain, according to Bloomberg.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM), along with Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS), are fully underwriting the $4.5 billion debt facility that has been lined up by Fortescue Metals Group (FSUMY.PK). The iron mining company is also in discussions to divest investments in some of its assets, as it moves to firm up funding to better handle a decline in prices, says Reuters.
Kraft Foods Inc. (NYSE:KFT) pioneered the category with the launch of MiO last year, and now The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO) will introduce Dasani Drops flavor concentrate, betting there’s big growth potential for that group of products, according to the Los Angeles Times.
