Intel SELLS Big Stake in Netretail and 4 Dow Dynamos You Need to Know
Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) Capital will divest its controlling stake in Netretail Holding, an online retail company in Central and Eastern Europe, to MIH Allegro, which is a division of Naspers, according to The Next Web. Financials of the transaction have not been divulged.

Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ): Janssen Research & Development reports that it has submitted a New Drug Application to the FDA, which requests accelerated approval for the use of the investigational drug bedaquiline as an oral treatment. The drug will be used as part of combination therapy for pulmonary, multi-drug resistant tuberculosis in adults, and upon FDA approval, bedaquiline would be the first drug in more than 40 years with a new mechanism of action for TB, plus being and the first and only one specifically indicated for MDR-TB.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) agrees to supply working capital financing for intermediate products owned by the historic refinery that will be operated by Philadelphia Energy Solutions, a joint venture of The Carlyle Group L.P. (NYSE:CG) and Sunoco (NYSE:SUN). The partnership will enable the refinery to keep operating; the above mentioned products are owned in the form of an asset-backed loan, subject to documentation. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter, were not reported.
McDonald’s Corp. (NYSE:MCD): A Chinese purchasing managers’ index dropped from 50.4 to 50.2 from May to June, according to the state-affiliated China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, says the Associated Press. The new figure is the lowest level in seven months.
