Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) is porting the Android 4.1 operating system, a.k.a. Jelly Bean, to work on smartphones and tablets employing Atom processors. Shares of Intel traded down $0.42 (1.64) recently at $24.84.

Broadcom Corp. (NASDAQ:BRCM) is expected to announce Q2 earnings following the market close on Tuesday, with a conference call at 4:45 p.m. ET. Broadcom’s consensus estimate is 67c for EPS and $1.95 billion for revenue, First Call reports. The company aims to beat estimates for the third quarter in a row, and announced in January that it plans on revenues between $1.9-$2.0 billion. The adjusted product gross margin is expected to be approximately flat vs. Q1. Broadcom shares traded down $0.37 (1.19%) recently at $30.61.

QUALCOMM Incorporated (NASDAQ:QCOM) and Delta Motorsport reported that the latter has agreed to integrate the Qualcomm Halo Wireless Electric Vehicle Charging system into its delta E-4 Coupe electric vehicles, or WEVC, which are planned for deployment in Qualcomm’s London WEVC trial. That test is planned ot begin in the second half of this year and is predicted to be supported by a cross section of stakeholders, encompassing government departments and agencies as well as commercial and private sector endeavors. Qualcomm shares traded down $0.82 (1.43%) recently at $56.50.

ARM Holdings plc (NASDAQ:ARMH) and TSMC (NYSE:TSM) have reported a multi-year deal to expand collaboration to encompass the preparation of ARM processors for FinFET transistors, Digitimes writes. ARM shares traded down $0.22 (0.98%) recently at $22.36.

EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC): Attunity Ltd (ATTUD) reported it has partnered with EMC to formulate a high-performance, easy-to-use Big Data replication solution for the EMC Greenplum Unified Analytics Platform. Additionally, Attunity reported that Attunity Replicate, officially qualified by EMC, is presently available with dedicated optimizations for EMC Greenplum products. EMC shares traded up $0.45 (1.81%) recently at $25.25.
