Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F): Rumors are circulating that Ford Motor Credit Co. is planning to offer five-year senior notes in the amount of $500 million very soon.

Nokia Corporation (NYSE:NOK): Details have emerged regarding a deal between Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) and Nokia (NYSE:NOK) whereby the software giant has paid the cell phone company an average of $230 per cell phone shipped, in an attempt to gain market share against iPhone (NASDAQ:AAPL) and other Android (NASDAQ:GOOG) devices, according to Forbes.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT): Facebook widened its lead in the online display advertising market as its share of the U.S. grew to 27.9% in 2011, up from 21% in 2010, according to research firm comScore Inc. (NASDAQ:SCOR), reports the Wall Street Journal. Facebook’s nearest competitor, Yahoo (NASDAQ:YHOO), had 11% of the display ad market, up from 10.9% in 2010.
