However, many analysts are urging investors to let the dust settle a bit, as they say that the healthcare fight isn’t over yet.

Shire (SHPGY.PK) reports that Phase 3 tests for its drug VPRIV, an enzyme replacement therapy for type 1 Gaucher bone disease, exhibitss significant improvement in lumbar spine bone mineral density at nine months of treatment. The data were presented during the ongoing European Working Group on Gaucher Disease meeting held in Paris.
