The board of Neptune Technologies & Bioresources Inc. (NASDAQ:NEPT) okays dividend-in-kind distribution and a record date for a partial spin-off of its NeuroBioPharm unit. A total of 2 million shares will be distributed to shareholders of record as of October 15th. Each unit will consist of one class A subordinate voting share of NeuroBio along with two warrants.
