Groupon, Diamond Foods, NVIDIA, WR. Grace, Atmel Equity Reseach Feb. 9th

Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN): Groupon price target raised to $30 from $28 at BofA/Merrill.

Diamond Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ:DMND): BofA/Merrill placed Diamond Foods to an Under Review rating given the need for FY10 and FY11 restatements.

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA): Sterne Agee removed Nvidia from its Catalyst Driven Idea List citing recent share strength. Shares are Neutral rated with a $16 price target.

W.R. Grace & Co.(NYSE:GRA): Jefferies see a chance for W.R. Grace to deliver significant upside to the current 2012 adjusted EBITDA target range of $630M-$650M. The firm believes earnings revisions could remain favorable in the first half of 2012 and keeps a Buy rating on the stock with a $64 price target.

Atmel Corporation(NASDAQ:ATML): Goldman recommends buying Atmel on any pullback following weak Q1 guidance. The firm expects new smartphone and tablet introductions to drive a recovery in the touch business and believes MCU share gains are sustainable. Shares are Buy rated with a $12 price target, up from $10.
