Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYSE:TWC) price target was lowered by Bank of America Merrill Lynch due to seasonal sub losses. Shares keep a Buy rating.

Ventrus Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:VTUS) target was reduced by William Blair following the company’s announcement of negative results from its VEN309, used to treat hemorrhoid disease. The firm removed all VEN309 value from its models, but predicts possible value in other programs. The firm keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.

American Express Company (NYSE:AXP): As a result of  tough comps, foreign exchange risks, and merchant litigation against Visa (NYSE:V) and MasterCard (NYSE:MA), which may have ramifications like temporary reductions in interchange, Susquehanna has reduced its American Express price target. The shares were given a Positive rating.

Rowan Companies Inc. (NYSE:RDC) EPS estimates have been reduced because of its June Fleet Status report which negatively impacted the firms prior view. Wells keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.

Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ:GRMN): Following its checks, Pacific Crest views Garmin’s aviation and outdoor sales as ahead of expectations. According to the firm, the stock has attractive valuation. The firm keeps its Outperform rating and $60 price target on the shares.
