Facebook (NASDAQ:FB): Topeka recommended that Facebook shares be purchased, before their second quarter report. They will be focusing on, at least, 25% of ad revenue and whisper numbers revenue of $1.2B. The firm expects to have fiscal year guidance but not guidance for the third quarter.
Broadcom Corp. (NASDAQ:BRCM): Following Samsung’s acquisition of CSR’s Wireless Patent Portfolio, Oppenheimer believes that the sell-off of Broadcom’s shares are overdone and concerns over near-term share loss are unfounded. There is an Outperform rating on their stock.
Deere & Company (NYSE:DE): In spite of near-term disruptions from the drought situation, Barclays said that Deere has sold out most of their large equipment. This could reduce downward demand pressure.

International Paper Co. (NYSE:IP): Container board companies are mentioned positively at Deutsche Bank.
Rock-Tenn Co. (NYSE:RKT): Deutsche Bank’s contacts have indicated the announcement of a $50 per ton container board and box price increase by Rock-Tenn Co., effective August 1, to be positive. Shares are Buy rated.
