F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:FFIV): BofA/Merrill expects F5 to benefit from a server upgrade cycle and to benefit from the Romley launch. Shares are Buy rated.

BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE:BWA): Wells Fargo removed BorgWarner from its Priority Stock List, citing valuation. The firm maintains an Outperform rating on BorgWarner.

Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE:BMS): Goldman sees risk to Q1 EPS Street estimates for 47c due to sluggish U.S. packaging food demand and increased resin prices. Shares are Sell rated with a $30 price target.

Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDRX): Sterne Agee believes that Allscripts’ valuation discount compared with its peers is excessive. The firm doesn’t expect the company to reduce its guidance and it reiterates a $24 target and Buy rating.
